The pool is provided for the enjoyment of our guests. The property owners assume no liability for incidents involving the pool.

DOG POLICIES:
*We are pleased to offer a dog friendly property for our guests but the property owners assume no liability for incidents involving dogs on the property.

*Dogs will be allowed with a one time fee of $100 for up to three (3) dogs. Maximum of 3 dogs allowed. Fee will be collected at booking via the Airbnb app.

*Additional cleaning fees will be assessed for excessive cleaning related to dogs in the house and any damages will be taken from the security deposit.

The space
This home was setup for entertaining. With it's open floorplan and separate living areas there's space to enjoy different activities in several different areas.
Guest access
Guests are welcome to use any and all spaces within the house and on the property. This includes the laundry, lower garage, and pool, in season. The detached garage and basement utility area are not included in the rental and shall remain locked.
Additional notes
POOL:
*The pool is typically open from May-Sept. for the enjoyment of your family or group. Please keep a close eye on children.

SECURITY:
*There is a security camera on the front porch that displays the front porch, sidewalk, and driveway. There is also a camera located on the back deck that shows all activity on the deck and in the backyard and pool area.

TRASH:
* Trash and recycling bins are located downstairs in the garage. Trash day is Wednesday and I will be by in the morning to take the bins to the street. If you would prefer to perform this service please send me a message, otherwise I will be there between 9-10am.

Situated on a large lot in a quiet neighborhood, this property affords total privacy. Within a mile are a grocery store and several restaurants. Close by as well are The Blue Ridge Parkway, Downtown Asheville, The Biltmore Estate, and Lake Lure
Getting around
Uber and Lyft are great options for getting around Asheville. Fares to downtown are typically in the $10-$15 range.
