House Rules
NO PARTIES:
Due to the location of the house and the proximity to other homes in the area, we are asking that NO PARTIES be held in the house and that all outside activities, short of casual conversation, cease at 10pm.
DOG POLICIES:
*We are pleased to offer a dog friendly property for our guests but the property owners assume no liability for incidents involving dogs on the property.
*Dogs are required to stay on leash at all times when outdoors. See bear warning below.
*Dogs will be allowed with a one time fee of $30/ea payable via PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo. Directions are posted on the fridge. 1/3 of all pet fees are donated to the Asheville Humane Society.
*Additional cleaning fees will be assessed for excessive cleaning related to dogs in the house and any damages will be taken from the security deposit.
BEARS:
The bear presence is real! All trash should be kept in garage. It is recommended that all food products be removed from vehicles and that all car doors remain locked. Property owners are not liable for damage to vehicles or any guest property during stay.
